CUSTOMER SATISFACTION


Our current customer satisfaction level as at May 2011 is 99%.

Whether your project is large or small, all of our customers are important to us and we will always deliver work to our highest professional standards.

We listen carefully to what our customers say, and invite their feedback throughout the duration of a project.

In order to measure customer satifaction, we also invite our customers to complete a questionnaire at the end of a project, where they have the opportunity to grade our performance across various criteria.  These are available for inspection by prospective clients.

The measurement scale used ranges from a low score of zero for no satisfaction, to a high score of 4. 

Our aim is to achieve 4 in each criteria across every project.  Where this maximum score is not achieved our procedure is to find out why, and to ensure any shortcomings do not re-occur.
