Following the Cockermouth floods of November 2009, we concurrently refurbished three pubs on the town's Main Street helping their return to full trading.  One of those pubs was The Fletcher Christian.

Just weeks after being under five feet of water the Fletcher Christian Tavern unbelievably opened its doors before Christmas following an emergency clean-up  operation by our Glendinning team.

Following the Christmas season it closed its doors again for eight weeks, for a total strip-down and re-design project which was carried out by the Glendinning team.
